The Subdivision is an adult community for persons 55 years or older; all occupied Homes must have at least one resident aged 55 or older, and no person under 19 may be a permanent resident, though temporary visits not exceeding 30 days per calendar year are allowed for those under 19; hardship exceptions for residents between 19 and 55 may be granted by the Developer, provided at least 80% of Homesites maintain one resident 55 or older.
“The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons 55 years or age or older. All Homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty-five (55) years of age.
