Owners must comply with surface water management system construction plans and obtain prior written approval from the Southwest Florida Water Management District for any construction, maintenance, or activity in wetlands, mitigation areas, buffer areas, and upland conservation areas.

Property & structure upkeep

Owners are responsible for keeping their lots neat, clean, and the grass cut and edged at all times, including all areas up to the street pavement; failure to do so may result in the Developer performing the work and charging the owner.
