Requires approval
No owner may construct or maintain any building, residence, or structure, or perform any activity in wetlands, buffer areas, and upland conservation areas without prior approval from the District pursuant to Chapter 400-4, F.A.C., and owners of lots subject to a Special Easement for Landscaping must not take action to prevent the Landscaped Buffer from complying with Sumter County Subdivision regulations.
