Garbage and trash service is provided by a Developer-designated carrier, with charges paid separately by each Owner; rubbish, trash, garbage, or other waste material must be kept in sanitary containers concealed from public view before curbside placement, and once curbside, garbage must be in Developer-prescribed plastic bags and placed no earlier than the day before scheduled pick-up.
