Rubbish, trash, garbage, or other waste material must be kept in sanitary containers concealed from public view until placed curbside, and once curbside, must be in Declarant-prescribed plastic bags placed no earlier than the day before pickup, or in a dumpster if required by Declarant, with all garbage in fully closed and sealed plastic bags; owners must use the Declarant-selected carrier and participate in a curbside recycling program if instituted.
