All homes must be conventionally built by the Developer or its designee, with design, color, construction materials, size, and other qualities approved by the Developer, including roofing materials, and any arbors, trellises, gazebos, pergolas, awnings, fences, barriers, walls, or structures, or painting/attaching objects to walls/fences, require prior written approval from the Developer or Architectural Review Committee.
“The Home shall be a conventionally built Home and which must be placed on the Homesite and constructed by the Developer, or its designee, of a design approved by the Developer as being harmonious with the development as to color, construction materials, design, size and other qualities.
