Each homesite must have only one conventionally built home with a garage, at least 1,240 square feet (excluding non-heated/non-air-conditioned space), a minimum 6" in 12" roof pitch, eave and gable overhangs, and Developer-approved roofing materials and design, with specific requirements for rebuilding or altering homes to maintain or exceed original specifications.
