Rubbish, trash, garbage, or other waste material must be kept in sanitary containers concealed from public view before being placed curbside. Once curbside, garbage must be in Developer-prescribed plastic bags and placed no earlier than the day before scheduled pick-up. Owners may be required to participate in a curbside recycling program.
