Each homesite must have only one conventionally built home with a garage, at least 1,240 square feet (excluding non-heated/non-air-conditioned space), and a minimum 6/12 roof pitch, with specific requirements for rebuilding or altering homes to maintain or exceed original Developer-constructed specifications for square footage and roof pitch.

If a residence is damaged or destroyed, the Owner must rebuild, repair, or reconstruct it to its prior appearance and condition within two months of damage and complete the work within eight months, subject to existing restrictions.
