To maintain the Subdivision in a clean and sanitary condition and to minimize heavy commercial traffic within the Subdivision, garbage and trash service shall be provided by a City of Wildwood Franchised Hauler designated by the Developer, and the charges therefor shall be paid separately by each Owner.
