Owners of Homesites adjoining Developer-constructed walls and/or fences are responsible for maintaining and repairing the surface and structural integrity of these walls and/or fences, sharing costs if a wall/fence adjoins more than one Homesite, and are encouraged to maintain them uniformly. Owners must contact the Developer or its designee for paint specifications for walls, fences, and gates, which must be of a uniform color and type.
