Each homesite must have only one conventionally built home with a garage, at least 1240 square feet (excluding non-heated/non-air-conditioned space), a minimum 6" in 12" roof pitch, eave and gable overhangs, shingle or tile roofing materials, and ceilings in all areas, including screen cages over patios and pools.
“There shall be only one Home on each Homesite. All Homes must have garages and be of at least 1240 square feet, exclusive of any garage, storage room, screen room or other non-heated and non-air-conditioned space. All Homes must be constructed with at least a 6" in 12" rise and run roof pitch.
